Looking foward emmensely to seeing this film…and there are so many heros of the Victorian and Edwardian age still to tell. These beautifully made films are the nearest we’ll get - for the time being - to a time machine.
This film (and may there be many more like them) are the very best way to educate our children: to entertain and remind us all how far we have come socially….insightful and enriching, It’ll be a classic, I’m sure.

I hope you enjoy it. I was an extra and immensely impressed by the skill of the director, Michael Apted. His skill in squeezing performances out of the stars was considerable. There was one scene which Gambon was making a hash of - forgotten lines and not much though on emphasis - instead of balling him out there was some gentle dimplmacy whcih produced a superb final rendition. Gambon will get the credit for the performance but it was all down to Apted.

Finally. I saw a preview for this at a christian music festival, and have been looking for more info since. I cannot wait for the release of the trailer.

I am so looking forward to seeing this film! Chris Tomlin really has promoted it, and i can’t wait to see how you impliment his song in there… I think it’s so great that you asked him to do the song. wow.
Plus, at a music festival that I have attended, i loved looking at the table you had set up there. I REALLY CAN’T WAIT TO WATCH THIS. Something in me knows that i am going to be very touched and i am waiting with great anticipation.

Saw the preview for this film on the Hour of Power. Great Christians are often forgotten and this movie brings one to life on the big screen. A small man in stature can still possess a tongue of fire against immorality. Amazing Grace will be an amazing film to see.
