Talks are under way for a 10-episode single-camera project, now in the early stages of development, that would star Ray Romano as a fortysomething billionaire who has six months to live.

Dennis Klein is set to write the show; he'll also be the executive producer along with he creators of the Fox network's hit spy thriller, "24," Joel Surnow and Bob Cochran. Ray Romano is also expected to share executive-producer credits on the limited series. No word on when the series will air on HBO.
